Music, Movies & Magic

Info: Fremont Symphony heads to the golden age of film as we celebrate Music, Magic and Movies from the early 1920s! A time when Niles boomed with the early film industry and Charlie Chaplin. This night will be full of live music and merriment! Come celebrate the history of Fremont and the Fremont Symphony Orchestra!
Anderson & Roe
Date: Sunday, February 24, 2013 7pm
Info: These magnificently talented musicians return to the stage in February to grace audiences in what is called the “Fred and Ginger” of piano duos. This dynamic pair enchants audiences with their daring four-hand piano technique and their genre-busting, boundary-crossing arrangements of classical and popular favorites.
Young Composers
Date: Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 10:10am and 12 noon
Info: Each year Fremont fourth-,fifth- and sixth-graders submit original compositions. Each school submits one, and a selection of these are professionally arranged for full orchestra and performed at the Children’s Concerts before hundreds of the students’ peers. Some seats are available, by reservation only, for these concerts.
